This is a silver (925) and hardwood combination. This was a spontaneous design thing I came up with. I really do like the contrast of a gentle butterfly and a menacing sharp axe haha. The wood and silver is stuck together with tiny silver rivets.
The wood is called panga panga, my grade school crafts teacher gave me a slab of it when I was but a wee lad... I've been using tiny bits of it ever since.
