I've had a few pics of her in her true form as a kobold.

Simple story is that she's the offspring of a dragon and kobold servant but unfortunately she wasn't born with intimidating size, advanced magical prowess, or even wings. The only evidence that she is the offspring of such a coupling is that she stands at a rather weird height, tall enough for other kobolds and small species to notice but those taller and not privy to kobold biology won't really notice. This has sort of made her an outsider even among her own.

Myrxa's been studying magic, specifically transmutation or other forms and alternatives of it to transform herself to that of a dragonborn(DnD) or dragonkin (Starfinder) as she sees it as the only way she'll be respected. So far she's only found temporary and finicky spells or magic items that keep up the guise but don't last long or require her to constantly maintain focus on keeping the spell up.
