Once we got to the LB den and I was healed, we couldn’t think of what to do next. We needed to come up with a plan, first things first, but we were all very tired. Maybe after a good night’s sleep, we can come up with one...
As I slept, I didn’t have a bad dream this time. It was actually quite good. I was in the same place with all the lilacs, only someone else was with me. It wasn’t Phoenix this time, it was Zero.

We had a conversation that I feel we should have had when we first met. We talked about our favorite colors, favorite food, and other things. I eventually asked the question “Will you join me and Father?” Zero thought for a long time and answered with “maybe, but I will do it under one condition...” The dream then ended.
I woke up, and still couldn’t come up with a plan. I spent minutes thinking, and every time I came up with a legitimate plan, I always found a reason it wouldn’t work at the same time. Even with the Darkscars by our side, it would still be pretty hard to take down the Ashembers.

A frontal attack would end in the demise of Lighbringers, Darkscars, and Preyjumpers. The Lightjumpers population would slowly decrease, until it reaches 0 with no one to help us hunt or defend us.
Our only option is to take the AEs by surprise. But I have NO idea how we will do that, it’s not like they have some sort of secret entrance. You expect us to find out about a secret entrance right after I say that, but... no. Overused cliches are not allowed here.
