Vudal has never been particularly concerned about things like moderation or self-control. If there’s food nearby, it will eventually end up in the dragon. He can't seem to help himself.
At this point his wings are starting to look more decorative than functional… flying might not be an option for a while.
Perhaps having a kobold assistant would work wonders for him. Someone's gotta keep an eye on this gluttonous dragon...

The most important distinction, barely vs. can't :3
It's always fun to see a character who can't resist food, even when there belly is begging them to do so. A kobold assistant might not help though, I can imagine them just as easily helping, even forcing more food in if needed >:3
