Rocco West practically grew up in the sky. His father was a private pilot who loved taking Rocco flying, and he fell in love with it from a very young age. On one such flight, a wind spirit- one of many nature spirits attracted to Evergreen City- sensed Rocco's carefree joy, and, unlike many such spirits, was inspired to merge with the young wild dog.
Rocco took to his wind powers with ease, becoming a near-instant expert. Despite his great skill, his independent nature has caused him to avoid joining the Paragons. Instead he uses his powers in secret to stop small crimes in and around his neighborhood in the north end of the city. He just needs the right push to officially join the team...
