OH LOOK. Calamity and Rene.... and again only half of their bodies. gosh guys what's up with me lately XD I love Calamity's tiny feet, I need to draw a full body again XD
Anyways. I know how boring they are just... there. But ah I don't care right now XD I did this mostly to practice different ways of coloring. I will be practicing a bit more if possible :D
I've had trouble getting motivated to draw lately, but drawing this made me happy. Maybe now I can get some things done. I have some projects in mind for later.
About Calamity and Rene, UG. XD.... guys I didn't mean to make Rene look so.... that way. I had given him a distinct body shade, his upper half was basically a big triangle to hive him broad shoulders. and then. I lost it XD Ahhh boooo.
AND THOSE WINGS LORD-DAY. I'm a flippin' gryphon I should know how to draw wings better by now XD just... just shoot me in the face already guys. Just do it.

No, I don't think this is "shoot you" worthy. :D I like their designs. The not-gryphony one does look a bit off, but his design is quite nice, in my opinion. Love his ears and head. :> But I really like the gryphon one. He's very adorable and sweet looking, and I love the patterned feathers you did. I do LIKE the bro on the left, but the fact that his hips are really small, his head is a bit too big for his body, and his arms are kinda long all throw me off a bit. But then again, I'm not sure if you did all that on purpose.
Anyway... I like them both a lot. I just think you could've done a little better on the picture. I hope my critique doesn't sound too sharp, because I really DO like it. I'd love to see more of these two. :>

Haha yeah Calamity has a really strange anatomy, he's top heavy and even has IIIIIITTY bitty feet XD But I will work on his anatomy to make it look more natural and less weird :) I want to get to a point where I can draw my characters like him with the crazy anatomy with normal characters and it look normal, so that's my new goal :D :D :D

Understandable. XD If it's supposed to look weird, then it's not surprising that is looks a bit off. But small bits of balance thrown in can help a lot, I imagine. :> (I don't have a lot of experience with strange anatomy, much less making it seem natural next to plainer anatomy, so I can only wish you luck. > >)
