So. last week when I was on  Nicole's sketch stream, I decided to get this fellow drawn. Black Tom is a character in some of the same superhero 'League' stories as Jadestar. He is, as you might guess from the outfit, primarily a martial artist with low-grade physical superpowers that he's used his martial arts to hone to the fullest. In some ways he's sort of the team's Batman character: not particularly strong, but good at figuring out others' weaknesses and using what strength he has to best effect... and absolutely no sense of humour.

He actually has more respect from within the League than he probably thinks he does. Sure, a number of the other members don't take him entirely seriously, but some of them don't take much of anything entirely seriously, and he did figure out who Vanadium was through the armour just by watching her move. Skunkworks definitely respects what he's capable of, as somebody else who has what are technically minor powers and has spent years training them and building up techniques to use them most efficiently.
