DECLASSIFICATION OF EVENTAll teams are prepared. The vault has been completely reinforced with the assistance of the Aerusans in the event of failure. With final approval from the Foundation, Fulgerion entered the containment room of SCP-2995. His innate ability of electromagnetic metabolism offers him great advantage with this task. He will not be poisoned. His body is able to process radiation and convert it to energy. This will allow him to contain the anomaly by refocusing the energy back on itself. Though this is not without extreme caution. There are speculations that this would trigger a world ending event. The problem is that the Foundation can not sustain this object forever. The main concern is the heat while standing near the object. There is some heat resistance, but not a lot.
He inspects the jadeite columns around the anomaly, pondering the fanatical inscriptions of sun worship. Jade is a symbol of balance, and stability. The columns likely serve to bind the object to this space. Fulgerion places a hand on one of the pillars and senses electromagnetic energy flowing through them. These are not solid jade. There is conductive material in their core. They felt like a tuning fork to him. While they must maintain perfect placement for them to work, Fulgerion can match their energies once he meditated with them. They need moved as they could interfere with his power while focusing on the object. He turned to the anomaly to focus on the forces at work. Only two of the columns need moved, the third will assist in binding the object in the cage to create a stable infinite feedback system. The cage was designed with strict oversight of the Foundation. It should work even without Fulgerion nearby to keep it stable long enough until it can be relocated to it's new containment.
His body is quickly becoming charged from the gamma radiation. He needs to move quickly. He meditates with the jade pillars to become tuned, and moves the first pillar while focusing energy to keep the object stable. There is a quick disturbance in the area. The power containing this object is of great magnitude. Fulgerion pauses for a moment for a moment to quickly ponder while focusing. "It can't be... Is this a shrunken star?". Even while channeling his energy, the gamma radiation is still enough for him to maintain grip on the object.
Confident in his training, he carefully moves the second column. The ground trembles for a moment as control is transferred to him. As he walked close to the wall, from the object, he can feel himself quickly weaken. The ground trembles again as the object falls half a meter. He quickly drops the column against the wall and quickly returns to the object. Back within the intense radiation he regains control of the object. He sighs nervously and readies the cage.
In each had he reaches around the object at a diagonal angle. His wings wrapping around so he can fully absorb the radiation as he channels. His power wrapping around the sun to stabilizes, and contain it. He weaves the knot. The object shrinks slightly as he folds the energy in on itself. As he moves the cage closer he can feel it being drawn to the object, followed by a voice. "What is this? I feel a warmth, kindness, love. Father? No. Something else. Who are you? What are you doing?" Too focused to acknowledge the voice, the cage snaps out of his hands and is suspended around the magnetic field of SCP-2995. A shock wave knocks Fulgerion on his back, though he quickly stands back up in panic only to find the cage spinning around the object. "It's... Stable."
Maintaining a ready stance in case it fails, he looks around. The third column was knocked over. It lay on the floor, cracked exposing it's core. That can be a research specimen while the other two will stay with the object, should they be needed. The object still emits gamma radiation. However, the cage allows to be moved while suspended. It is done.
He signals to the Foundation agents that it is done. The object can now be relocated safely. Though he needs to remain while his body processes radiation. To facilitate this, a grounding cable was installed for him to relieve the excess energy. His security detail will keep guard in case the Foundation has any overt actions. He returns to the remaining pillars to meditate. "This object will be valuable research if we can safely relocate it away from Earth. Sometimes you may need to believe the cultists once in a while, there could be something anomalous afoot". A tone is heard followed by a voice from the intercom, "Your success does not discount the fact that you nearly destroyed the world. Get that damn thing off this planet before that happens."
Fulgerion returns to meditation to reflect, then remembers the voice he heard. He says, "Paracausality is quite the ride." and chuckles. "We will speak soon, Radiant Son. There will be much to ponder."
As he meditates he finally notices pain on his chest. "Ack! Damn that was spicy!"

AerusanDragonsI did forget the dangerous ellipsoidal space. So uh, let's have a little fun and kinda work around that. The columns should have been closer, I did not think of it until now. Ugh, my brain XD. And to much disappointment, I am not educated in the physics even tho I wish to be. So there is that. However, this has been on my bucket list for years, and I just had to do it. I also love orbs. I also considered far too late, but I imagined light armor with a cooling system to reduce heat damage. This is also a reference to "Caged Sun" from Magic: the Gathering. I also wanted more display of power here, but considering that this was a sketch, I didn't want it too complicated and feared that going 100% with my power would have been too much. But I was thinking the thread like power like from The Wheel of Time.
