I was way overdue for an update to my sona timeline, since the last update was in 2020! I was gonna redraw the whole thing but figured it'd be way easier to just add the newest entries instead lol.

Trivia facts:

- DD was my "fursona" before I even knew what a fursona was. I used to draw her on the side of my school notes lmao. When I was a kid I used to play make believe all the time and had multiple animal characters I'd roleplay as, but DD was the first who was actually supposed to be an animal version of myself, so that's why I consider her my first fursona. DD is an abbreviation of her original name, which I refuse to reveal bc it deadnames me. I don't remember when she was actually created, but the latest drawing I found was from 2006.
- Blue was originally part of a roleplay story thing I was creating with friends. She was a human (myself, basically) who was given special powers by a small magical creature, and one of her abilities was to shape shift into a wolf. The necklace is what gave her power, and it was a real necklace I owned and wore 24/7 for years until it broke :(
- Blue's second design was the first one I used as an online sona and my first real introduction to the furry fandom.
- Blue's last design went through a few different styles for wings, and they became optional at one point cause I got tired of drawing them LOL.
- Blue and DD are female, Envy is genderless, Green and Killu are male, Lynk is non-binary. Envy was kind of a stepping stone for my gender exploration before I fully came to terms to identifying as trans.
- For a very short period, Green had blue eyes and was called Azure. I quickly decided to change that bc I didn't vibe with the name and because my favorite color had changed from blue to green.
- Green was the first sona to have an anthro form! Blue and Envy had a human forms, but they were not exactly the same character as the animal forms. Despite having fursonas for many years prior, I only really started identifying as a furry around 2013.
- Blue was my only sona to have a fully fledged background story, specifically for her last design (unrelated to the forementioned roleplay thing). The wings and tail rings are part of that lore. I kept the tail rings on Green at first only because he looked naked without them, but they eventually became part of his story as well.
- Despite being a recycled design, Green and Blue are completely different characters and not related at all.
- Green's design went through more changes in his anthro form (with hair styles, accessories and stuff), but those details didn't translate to his feral form, which is why they're not shown here.
- Killu was my first feline fursona, and was inspired by Killua from Hunter x Hunter. His design became the base for Lynk's later on. Again, despite being a recycled design, Killu's and Lynk's personalities are very different.
- Lynk was originally designed as a two-tailed fox, but I didn't feel a very strong connection to the species so he ended up being a caracal like Killu, but fluffier.
- Green's newest design comes with a shift in personality as well. While the previous character was somewhat silly and kinda dog-like in his behavior, the new Green shows a darker and less friendly nature, which harbors back to Blue's and Envy's personalities (tho maybe less depressed lol).
