"Swedish Gothic" is a contemporary painting, depicting 
Mausie and Iris standing in front of a traditional Scandinavian wooden house. The painting was displayed at the 
NordicFuzzCon museum until a premeditated tragedy happened, the painting was replaced by a forged copy. It is in hands of Mausie and Iris to solve this crime next year at NordicFuzzCon 2027: Crime Noir.

The work references the famous 1930 painting American Gothic by Grant Wood.
Some fun facts about this parody:
- I worked on this digital painting not even knowing what was the theme for NordicFuzzCon 2027, and I could have known but I wanted to keep my own surprise for the closing ceremony.
- It was me who picked American Gothic to make a parody, and it was the animator who found it funny because the person portrayed on the original painting was the dentist of his grandparents (something like that)
- I also worked on the forgeddery version, which was a parody of AI generated art, but that version was actually human mande, it was me who distorted it so it looked like generated (you can see that other version in the YouTube video. 2:11 )
- My panda character is featured in that video for less than a second, 8 frames to be exact. 0:59
- Mausie and Iris species are "Raus", a hybrid between rat and mouse, and the plural is not Rauses but "Rice"
