Cartoon needs to be borderline Adult Swim material but never actually veering into that territory. CN (or whoever owns them) will demand merchandise, which...I think they'll be popular enough to provide profits in. May be a bit of a "Tuca & Bertie" lite, wacky scenarios with sequences inspired by drug trips. And every episode, you slip at least two intended bits of fetish content in so the FCC will take out the first and can't give enough time for the other. Everyone wins!
