I have this one particular commissioner who commissions me to redraw old comic pages with furry characters, so here's an example that I just finished. I tried to match the original coloring as closely as I could with my markers,, although that's imperfect at best. The material isn't really my cup of tea, but whatever. Coloring done with markers, linework pen & ink traced over the original art on a lightbox. The lettering was a cut-and-paste also from the original, except for the title, which was (badly) traced. I'm just not good at hand-lettering.

From the graphic style, the original was a four-color halftone process on newsprint paper. The colors on the ORIGINAL, was imperfect at best, and that's being generous.
EXCELLENT work, dude.

Well, I can't find the ending... But if you're curious enough, it's in volume 6 of the Boris Karloff Tales Of Mystery Archives, available from Amazon.
And trust me... You did a terrific job on these pages. Personally, I'd have made Karloff a bloodhound or bulldog, to match his face and voice... But then, I can't draw. . An utterly spectacular piece of work.
