It's a good shot. It looks like you could have used a smaller aperture for a larger depth of field. A drop of water is small, but when doing macro shots, the depth of field is REAAAAAALLY small, so to get everything in focus you have to still use smaller apertures. Alternatively, you could do a post process technique known as focus stacking.
