While Scarlett's human was with another one of his pokemon ladies (Sierra to be specific), the Zoroark decided have a little feast and make that belly of hers grow in size. Later on after devouring some wild pokemon she found and digesting them, they appeared to have made her other parts of her body grow large too, making the Zoroark completely underestimate just how big she would get in certain places. Not that she's complaining, if course.
