Context wise, this concept art conveys a scene where Brack and Arc have a brief discussion after their battle with the bandits. Arc is checking to make sure Brack didn't "enjoy" killing the bandit who fell for one of his holographic projections, Brack reassures him that he would have let the bandit go had it not shot the projection of him.
