Decided to design a critter I've had in mind for a long time!

Omens can show up in the waking world and in dreams to give premonitions and warnings of things to come. In dreams, they often use symbolism to get their point across, some more clear than others, while other times they may be more blunt in their approach. They can shapeshift and conjure things in dreams with their staffs. In the waking world, they cannot be seen but they can cause things to happen to show an omen of some kind.
Good omens have lighter colored wool, and black bodies underneath, while bad omens have dark wool and while bodies underneath. They are not moralistically good or evil, they simply show either good things to come or bad things to come.
