Wow... The smooth feeling of the flesh is great. o.o That's some great work!
Curious though, what's the rendering cost of an avatar like that? The impact of mesh on a viewer's frame-rate and rendering performance is the only concern I've had about the whole "Mesh" update so far.

I honestly have no idea how to see what its avatar rendering cost is on V2, and of course I can't check on the viewers that have it.
This was 30L to upload (sometimes lower, I think it had to do with the rigging. It got as low as 17L)
It's a low poly model. With SL's default shading it doesn't look quite as smooth.
So yeah, this probably has a low rendering cost. But I know what you mean, I was worried about the same thing as you. But it turns out, you'd probably have to try really hard to make a really laggy mesh compared to sculpted avatars.
