Bio: HorrorMan is a NetNavi originally created as a companion to her via internet. He is often dubbed as one of the original Navis. As Jessica continued to use him for Navi battles, however, HorrorMan began displaying glitches in personality and mind, as well as ego, often mirroring the thought-to-be-deceased serial killer he was designed after: Jason Voorhees. Jessica and her then-fiance Steven Freeman attempted to fix these problems, but HorrorMan overridd it, and began slaughtering and deleting NetNavis and Firewalls all around. About 6 months into his reign of terror, Jason resurfaced alive and well, and found HorrorMan's PET. Somehow figuring out how to use it and communicate with teh Navi, Jason became his new operator as they began working together to slaughter beings from their respective worlds. HorrorMan is just as deadly, demented, and unstoppable as his Net OP, not even Bass can stop him! And now that Jason and HorrorMan approach the town and cybersystem of ACDC Town, Lan Hikari and MegaMan must find a way to once-and-for-all put a stop to them, before their best friends die right before their eyes....
