When her hands could no longer carry the things she was never able to say, she gave them to the river carrying her. It did not ask questions, because water never does. The water held onto her without expectation or demand, turning the burden of her fears and insecurities into beauty. She rests between sinking and rising, proof that even the heaviest currents become lighter once a heart learns it's survived what once felt impossible to breathe.
