Here is a very quick drawing I did in between other stuff (hence the slightly different style).
This character is Ekzil, he belonged to a solo RPG campaign I was going to make an animation based on, but the project got scrapped halfway through after many issues both in and outside of the project.
He is a very chill dude, even if a bit cranky, and he doesn't offer his drink to just anyone.
The thing he's talking about here is exactly that, but it's alright, the animation may not be done but he can still appear in other places. I'm sure there are other stories he can become part of.
