Bio: Horror Man was originally created by Dr. Mikhail Cossack as a defense robot, in case any evil were to invade his home or if his daughter were put in harm's way again. However, a system malfunction caused Horror Man to be given a mind and personality of his own (essentially making him a reploid prototype). By the time Cossack noticed this problem in Horror Man, it was too late. The Robot Master began killing many people throughout the world. Many attempts of trying to destroy or contain him have been unsuccessful. Horror Man is a Robot Master unlike any other, and when the time comes for Mega Man to face him, it could be extremely difficult....
