This is good. Even as a sketch, it has gotten off to a good start at telling a story. I like that reference to Gone with the Wand. Nice episode of Pocket Dragon Adventures, don't you think?

THAT and you did a good job at implementing the part where dragons can inflate themselves like hot-air balloons to float and fly. Hey, it works in the Flight of Dragons by Peter Dickenson and I am sure that more people would like to see the cartoon movie that Rankin Bass and Studio Ghibli have made also.
Now.... Onto the review of this comic's page. In the first panel, we see Charizard with a wishing wand like how Zoom-Zoom does it as he wishes that he could fly higher than the sky as seen in his daydream or thought cloud. Then Charizard puffs up like a balloon as he is now floating. Sure, this part looks like he grows taller and fatter in the second panel but this poké-dragon is enjoying his round tummy that is now bigger and more rotund as this inflated Charizard is levitating in the air. Squirtle, Pikachu and Bulbasaur enter the scene and all three did not know what to say about this fat Charizard flying with his now smaller than usual wings as seen in the third panel but this Snorlax sized Charizard is now happy that he's both flying and floating as seen in the fourth panel. By the way, I can't get enough of your drawings of fat dragons and this one is a good one. I have to thank you for the sketch of Charizard looking pudgy thanks to the ballooning that the wish has caused on his inflating body also. Good work on the inflation scene also and it's nice to see how this one inflates so well.
