I'm BAFFLED I never uploaded him??? This is my seagull OC. Looks like an old man but he's 27. He's a professor who teaches classes for people who are ironically his age. Mulligan has sustained a permanent burn scar to his face, which also helps with making him look old. He also cannot speak, and so he uses an AAC to speak.

The lil curly tail was super fun to design :)
