This is a commission by Shineofrain from DA!
Uh oh, seems like the Gustroids found Cleo and decided to have fun, not only just bloating her up, UBER style, but to make matters worse, she gets painted to look like Peg Pete! At first Cleo seems to enjoy it, til her other personality kicked in, raging over the Gustroids! XD
At least she'll make for a nice parade float!
