Located on the moon of Arrogosii V, the Arrogosiians are a spiritual people, believing one day Arrog will return and take them to the next life, the Arrogosiians worship him for what he did to their ancestors many eons ago. Its believed that Arrog appeared to the Arrogosiians on Bellis when a comet struck the planet. Rather facing extinction, Arrog shot an "Arrow" into the sky and connected Bellis to the moon which is now called Arrogosii V.
Standing nearly 6ft tall; Arrogosiians are known for their appearance, a shadow covers their face and no matter how much light is shined it will never reveal their face. This is believed when Arrog bestowed the power of Future-Vision to the primitive Arrogosiians the light was so bright their eyes couldn't see the light of day. So to prevent damage to their eyes they don a type of cloak that prevents light outside their eyes from showing.
Their whole society is revolved around Arrog and Mesa, Mesa or in Arrogosiian Language Mezza, is the daughter of Arrog and helped the Arrogosiians found the Coulborn Region of Arrogosii V. Sadly unliked Arrog who mysteriously left Mesa died while traveling to Coulborn by the Arrogosiian's natural enemy the Eruthuxi. Now protecting the Coulborn Region, the Arrogosiians transformed the whole equatorial region of the Coulborn Region into one massive city called Mezzalina City also known as Mesa's City in their tongue.
Future Vision a trait that the Arrogosiians have is able to piece together fragments of an unpredictable future and bring together a prophecy that will happen. This makes Arrogosiians natural fortune tellers, with stalls scattered across Mezzalina telling tourists their future. However those that future sight must be given permission from the Elder Council or else they'll be hunted down by the Eyes of Arrog. Their hatred for the Core Worlds is obvious, the Core Worlds didn't react when the Zecropolians invaded the moon, while the Arrogosiians were ahead they didn't predict it in time, so the moon was seized by the Zecropolians. To make things worse the Zecropolians destroyed the Temple of Arrog and smashed Mesa's Boulder thus sending a religious shockwave throughout the galaxy. This gained the attention of the Core Worlds which sent a fleet to stop the Zecropolians, however the Zecropolians left before the Fleet arrived and left the Arrogosiians a hatred for the Core worlds.
Those that stray from the path of Arrog are exiled and are forced to sacrifice their hood, while normally safe, new worlds to Arrogosiians require atleast 2 days in a covered shelter so the eyes can adjust. Speaking of their eyes, the Arrogosiian Eyes can perceive multiple wavelengths allowing them to see what others cannot
