Not bad not bad, but I did notice a few mistakes (Idk if it is or not but here goes)
1. The left hand is significantly smaller then the right hand (Might just be angle there)
2. the paw on his hoodie seemed to get some of the back ground coloring.
3. the brush strokes on the tail continue through a line where he shouldn't have that (Suggest going around the line if possible.)
Again, not a bad pic.

At first glance, the pose seemed kind of awkward. Then i realized that with the palms turned outward, the shoulders come forward, and the back slouches. Then it sorta clicked into place. :3
The expression is great, very energetic. Along with the pose, he looks just plain goofy.
The folds of the cloth are a little rudimentary, but... well, it's fabric. it's always a pain. I'd suggest looking at places where fabric would form long, draping folds, like down the pant leg, and what places it would crumple, like around the feet. Sorting out what kind of folds form in what places under what situations is half the battle.
The toes on the foot seem to get bigger to the outside.
The shadows mostly stick to the outer edges of the figure, which makes the drawing look flat. I could do a redline (uh, red-tint? Red-shade? Whatev) with some suggestions, if you like.
