A promised song for
bucktowntiger upon his successful completion of the FFFF tournament.
I hope you enjoy, tiger. I'd love to talk to ya about it. For everyone else, I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I enjoyed playing it.

Personally, I thought moonlight sonata was very clearly there. A small section that I remember very clearly was put in almost note for note. Six or seven notes, but I've been known to identify a song from just a half second of it (less than three notes, often), so maybe it's just me.
In any case, a very beautiful piece. Very well done. Oftentimes, classical music like this is played incorrectly, with pointless emphasis, and without the right flow to it... But you've got it right. Each note flows to the next, it never cuts to it. It's fantastically done, and I really must thank you for doing it so well.

I appreciate your feedback very much; this is truly high praise for me. I will say that I have an advantage in the way my music is formed, in that it's all being played spontaneously. There is no sheet music to go by, not that I can read sheet music anyways. The snippet from Moonlight is indeed the one I remember, and so I would not be suprised if that was also the piece that stuck out in other's minds as well. What comes out of it is simply what feels right at the time, what sounds pleasing to my own mind; classical was always one of my favorite styles to play in, and if you haven't already I invite you to take a look at the rest of the songs in the gallery and I think you will find a lot of material to your liking. Thanks again for commenting. :)
A lovely piece indeed you make both Beethoven and Bucktown proud. Keep it up im excited to see what you produce next. Truly a masterpiece for the keys. Piano is the ultimate balance of yin and yang the black and white keys combing with each other to produce a harmonious sound. *applause*
