New boyo is a bit of a "heel OC".
Big greedster lizard that's the leader and muscle of a trio of bandits that ambush traveling parties and steal weapons/whatever.

More cunning/devious than you might think by just looking at him. That belly tattoo is more than just "neat", it's also a sigil used for siphoning energy and magical abilities from whoever is in his gut. This lets him be something of a temporary spellcaster (as long as his occupants have the energy for it~) in addition to just being... well, *big*.
