Future vision is an interesting power, raising questions of free will, action, destiny and such.
So, here's my take on it- Pandoracle can only see bad things that will happen. She sees problems, and from that information, needs to contact people and figure out a solution to the problem.
In a meta way, she's also my way of steering away from serial killer, murder hobo, villains. Maybe they're out there, but Pandoracle takes them down very reliably.
