I am here to announce a bit of a secret project that I was working on. I have made a draft of a custom head of Barry The Quokka.
It is very rare for me to make a custom head. The first time that I've did this was Ginga The Jaguar back in 2024.

If you don't know about this character, Barry The Quokka is a protagonist from the 2023 visual novel, The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog. In this visual novel, this character is unnamed, but it is codenamed Barry. This character has also briefly appeared in a Sonic comic as well.

Before I worked on my first Sonic character, which was Chaos Sonic in 2024, Barry was actually my first interest in working on Sonic characters. However, there was never a downloadable 3D model of Barry for a few years. Therefore, I've decided to make a custom head recently. I have used a Tails model as a base. I've also used a Sonic Forces avatar pack for stitching some of the head parts together.

Although it is a draft, I'm not sure if this is going to be greenlit. There are a couple of weighting issues that needs to be fixed. I would also want to make the clothes for the model, but that could be a bit difficult. The gloves would be easy, it's basically the same shape as Sonic's gloves. The shoes would require some edits; there could be shoes from the Sonic Forces avatar pack that could look similar but not identical.
