This was drawn for a friend of mine, who is also my ex. She loved Sia's design, and so I made this one for her. Sia is a Shikuyu Police Officer, not a Neo-Mobian Elite, like a few other characters. Shikuyu being the main governing city of the planet Neo-Mobius.

Sia's just a cop, just going about her job.

You may not remember her from anything, and that's because I RARELY draw her. Can't explain it, it just is that.
