The file is made in Photoshop CS6. It works for CS6 and higher or PaintTool SAI. Other programs were not tested by me so I cannot guarantee running in different softwares.
You can ask me any questions if you have troubles with it.

• You can sell adoptable designs or YCHs with this base
• You can make your own add-ons and stuff
• But you are not allowed to resell the base PSD file itself, provide it for free or sell your own edited versions of the PSD file.
