Wilma is the female version of William.
In an alternate universe, William accidentally brews a potion that grants him feminine attributes, and as if that weren't enough, his womb is filled with quintuplets, a side effect of the potion.
It must have been quite a journey for William (now Wilma) to bring life into the world through his own body.
