Little Sisei is up past her bedtime with her grandfather babysitting. In a last ditch effort to get her to sleep before her mother comes home, Xalfek shows her some magic—something little Sisei is fascinated by. C:

Sisei was a very curious hatchling and loved reading and exploring and collecting things from the natural world around her, her shelves are filled with books, scrolls, crystals, herbs, pretty flowers and mushrooms she’s found while foraging. She also has a stormraptor plushie her mom made her (despite them eating dragons, stormraptors are her favorite animals—imagine her dismay when her mother told her she couldn’t tame one lol)

That’s the first background I drew by hand in a long time, and it took me forever. *sobs* I’m super proud of it though. :D

Sisei is around eight years old here.
