Heck, I totally dig the building up of a momentum when he starts lauging harder and harder. Until it escalates and leaves the explosion as a typical tough guy from the movies who NEVER looks back at the explosion he has made. I bet you know the archetype. But what really makes it funny is that Nick doesn't walk away - he drives off on his bike, making it look so silly, especially when his feet doesn't actually touch its pedals ^^ So great!

If I was insulted during my first heroic experience, had a near-death experience that resurfaced old trauma, then subsequently had a massive crashout that resulted in massive property damage, arson, and could probably be tried for attempted manslaughter... Yeah I'd probably also be a little loopy.
Great tone for the rest of the comic! Also, yippee! New characters! (Great page as always)
