A play on words I thought up a while ago.
To anyone who practices Ramadan, the context is no more than a play on Sonic the Hedgehog's catchphrase "Gotta go fast".
Though I am certain Sonic cannot get through one day without the need to eat a chillidog... xD

Considering how many calories Sonic must burn every day doing all that running, if he fasted for even two hours he'd probably go into a hypoglycemic coma.
Also this is just me being pedantic but literally everyone already fasts every day. It's called "sleeping." That's what "breakfast" is for; the meal where you "break the fast" after sleeping.
No offense to people of fast during the day for religious or health reasons of course.
