The juxtaposition of the cartoony character design and the highly detailed scene in which he is placed is delightful. It makes for a picture that is most pleasing to the eye.
Very interesting, very clean, and all in all very good.
(Though it almost seems as though his ankles aren't the same thickness...could be an optical illusion, tho'.)
