This is a little needlefelt otter! He's only about four inches long, and a little over an inch and a half tall. He doesn't have a wire frame because I figured the size was so small it wouldn't really matter. I gave him cute bead eyes, and I love how playful he looks!

Thanks! It's actually really simple: you take loose wool (called roving) and you poke it with a special needle. The special needle is barbed at the end so that it kind of loops the wool fibers together. When you poke it enough the fibers all hold their place due to friction.
