The design for this year's Eurofurence con book cover. Clearly influenced by some of the asia-theme animation films of late. I took to a lot of end credit imagery for references and influences to get this flat paper cut colouring feel to it. Incidentally, layering shapes in Illustrator can be like working with paper layers. Dust and noise is added by a randomising programme called Alchemy, which also can output vectors.

Typographical elements were later added in the top right hand side to compose the wrap around cover for the book. The characters of the Red Panda and the Wolf Mascot belong to Eurofurence and were initially created by  eosfoxx and  coyotesnack respectively
