Donald Duck noticed a bear was stealing his honey when he went to check his jars outside. Humphrey was slurping some down when he noticed Donald coming at him from a distance and ran into a village, just outside of Brownstone Park with Donald not too far behind.
Humphrey ran into the village toystore and needed a quick place to hide, but didn't see one immediately, but noticed a huge teddy bear and, not really thinking it out, through the teddy bear into a closet and was about to hop onto the table where it was sitting. Humphrey noticed the sign that read, "Tickle Me Teddy" and just under it was a smaller sign that had, "Tickle my feet and make me laugh!" He thought, maybe he should go back to the closet to switch himself with the toy bear, but he noticed Donald just walked through the door and he didn't have time to make the switch back so he just jumped quickly onto the table. Humphrey thought that Donald would just walk right past him anyway and that would be that!
Donald did walk through the toy store and soon noticed the large plush teddy bear on the table, but when he read the sign underneath the bear, he decided to take a fun moment and tickle his foot and watch how it reacts! Humphrey soon realized he made a huge mistake because he is very ticklish, but he had no choice but to go along with and hoped to do no more than let out a few minor giggles with some level of control.
I decided that if Humphrey could pretend to be a bear rug, like in "Rugged Bear," he could play a teddy bear! Can he play a slightly giggling teddy or will it be too much for him to handle? We will see!

Likely if Donald was to stop in the next few seconds Humphrey might manage to get away with it, though it's quite possible that Donald might have recognised the honey thief. In any case judging by Donald's expression I don't think he's going to be pausing any time soon, so poor Humphrey finds himself in a very ticklish situation. Though perhaps it will teach him not to steal honey.
