I don't think this is too bad for 1.5-2 hours worth of work, before breakfast XD omnom.
Some shading and colouring can be improved, and I haven't done a dragon before, so all in all, a successful piece. Personally, I like the little 'Dragon Master' herself. Should that be mistress? :P I wanted there to be some 'interplay' between the her eyes, but to still have two distinctly different types of characters, to draw upon archetypes to form some kind of solid relationship between these two characters.
And yeah, she's hanging from a rope around the dragon's neck.
