My first shot at LPS customization! This came about because my buddy Efrain (supergenius, ham, and voice actor extraordinaire) had the brilliant idea to make an ultra corny cliche kung fu film using LPS figures. While we're still figuring out just where we want to go with this, we're pretty certain that we want to feature the animals of the Chinese zodiac. Just one problem; Hasbro hasn't made a Littlest Pet Shop dragon yet. Rumor has it one will be released early next year (they release special Asia & Europe exclusives to commemorate the Chinese New Year) but I didn't wanna wait around for something that might end up being a copout, like a little lizard wearing fake antlers. I'll be sad if they do that.

So, I took one of my extra gecko figures, taped up the eyes and sculpeyfied him, cured the figure, then painted over him with acrylics. He's not quite as clean as I would have liked him to be, but hey, it was good practice and with luck he'll film well.

As for the name, I'm leaning towards Drop (you know, coz' he's a dragon. Dragon Drop!) but I'm also partial to Lung Butter. Hrm. Maybe if he had fairy wings... >:)
