I hope I'm not posting too much, anyway this is a variation on my own recipe posted here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/514818/
Baked Cordon Bleu
4 chicken breasts
4 thick slices of swiss or sharp chedder cheese
4 slices oh ham or pastrami
1/3 cup flour
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1. Trim the chicken of excess fat and sinew. Using a sharp knife cut into the thickest section of each breast without cutting completely through. Open the breast out like a butterfly and season with salt and pepper
2. Place a slice of cheese and ham on one side of each breast. Fold over the remaining half ot enclose filling
3. Carefully coat each breast in flour. Dip into eage and roll in breadcrumbs. Place in foil lined baking tray. Place covered in fridge for 30 minutes
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and bake in rake placed oncooking sheet for 20 minutes or untill cooked through.
I used panko breadcrumbs in apposed to regular breadcrumbs to give it alittle more crunch
