Zeka being very smug, the reason? it isn't known, she is just being smug and smiling at you. Maybe she was right about something or she is just showing that dragon pride.
Is she friendly? Mostly so. After all she was prior human. her dragon side only coming out when there is danger and if she is extremely hungry. But other than that Zeka is nice to snuggle with be with. Be protected by. Of course she can take the dragon's want to keep their rider safe to the literal degree. Be a naughty rider getting into danger all the time and she might very well store you away in her womb.
For now though. she seems happy about something, and/or very smug about it.
