Introducing a new character that I just acquired and really fell in love with her design and look. She's a first non-canine/non-feline character of my usual population...

she identifies herself as a woman, but is a herm. Just to get that out there.

Penny is a spontaneous, spunky, adventurous, and thrill-seeking type of girl that admires the small, simple things of life. As often as she loves to party at raves, she loves to meet complete strangers and never stop making friends... often special ones.

She's not a girl to take lightly though, and with a spunky attitude, comes a bite worst than her bark but only when pushed; worst when shoved.
