Been awake since 4 this morning, working on this one.

 TravisH and I was chatting last night, and I mentioned that I wanted to draw something that was Mooroo/Bullroo related. During our conversation, he mentioned Meiling as part of a broader idea that I am still trying to wrap my head around and figure out how to draw in. While I was lying in bed, I tossed over her design in my head and wanted to fix it up a bit. I thought, despite Eastern Dragons being "noodles," if you get my meaning, I wanted to make her proportions a bit more uniform and not "stretched" as I felt the original design seemed to me.

So, she is still as busty as ever, slightly thicker tail, larger feet which I felt worked better for her, but with also a bit more hip to her... 'cause "them hips don't lie."
