So,... this took a while to complete. I have worked here on for many hours over several days, why? Well, to put it simply, two seasons. First, a small project I want to try starting this year, and for that I need to be able to make Charmeleon, and second, I was never really satisfied with the end result. In addition, I could not get the anatomy right for Charmeleon.

So, instead of only showing the end result, I will show all of the various concepts and small body studies and conceptualisation I tried in those many, many hours I spent on it.

And from right to left it went from: don't like that, still don't like that, what are you doing.

Also, I start with Charizard, so that is it also... Oh joy, I can put that also in the thumbnail.

In the end I was quite satisfied with the end result. But oh man, what was I thinking.
