Well depending if they find an "age lock" spell, or something to keep them young(at least looking).'Will they be keeping their intelligence/knowledge from before or will it be a mind wipe scenario?'
They could get away with a lot stuff, and not be blamed because who could blame a young bold?

depending on age which by the looks of it 1 year old, means clothing technically won't be a problem(unless they have relatives who wanted some to play dress up with,and I don't mean the kids). Another benefit they will find is certain areas will allow them in for free(some places have kids zones, devious person* might have other plans .) they will get free stuff if done right. If they do attend school again and they retain mental capacity,they will breeze right through school(maybe even college). Free tours of buildings, because they are interested(using the method i describe below could get them access to items knowledge they otherwise couldn't, and sometimes schools to field trips to places(pull a ralph and jump on the bus)

*to explain if they retain their intelligence/knowledge and magic if any(just read further). They could separate the adults from the kids one by one, and have "free meals" throughout the day. Because no one suspects a young bold to be carnivorous and have paralyzing spells. hunger needs to be satisfied and bolds are known to have "big appetites".

Another option is play the rick and morty stuff "get adopted by a rich family, then drain them dry"(age locking means they will eventually get hold of any business or things)
