she's unlike the typical wedgiesaurus, she not only learned how to read but got a whole degree in Applied Wedgiology (*Her words*)
She always loves helping those who come in, in need of relief but she is still a wedgiesaurus so she has urges to harm rather than to help. So before she even comes in to help someone in need they need to do a quick page of math work. Doing this will prevent her from making the patients day worse. (*This being a reference to how if you do a wedgiesaurus's homework they will see you as a friend and not harm you.*)
If a patient refuses to do the work they now have to hope the doctor will be able to control herself during the procedure and not try to make their painful situation even worse
However she does have a few people who have agreed to for lack of a better term "go into the ring" with her and will help her calm down her inner beast by basically getting wedgied by her for quite a while. These people do get perks from her clinic and some other bonuses.

This took me two weeks of painful tweaking, modeling, and references work and I think it came out really good!
