A re-upload. Some of you may remember this from, hmmm was it 2024 I think. Maybe 23. Either way, not new work, probably barely even polished up since then. First two chapters are still rough. Formatting might be off from the swap over to ODT from Google docs. But I'm trusting it. This is a Military/Horror type story, so reader discretion is advised~

This is a little long at just under 15k words over 41 pages. My first stab at a novel type structure after doing anthology style writing. I still like how it turned out, even after all this time. Not everything I've written holds up the test of time, and a lot of older stuff can be cringe. But this was solid and I still like it. There are some things I'd change up after all this time, but that's for later. If you're new, this is THE fan favorite character I've put out and this is her origins story.

A new penny story is coming very soon. a late valentines day thing i came up with this morning.
